HYROX demands everything. Power. Endurance. Mental toughness. At 17, he doesn’t survive it - he dominates it.
At just 17 years old, this young athlete is already delivering performances many adults only dream of. Running several kilometers at 5 a.m., before school, is simply part of Yoshi’s daily routine. Rain, storm, or snow — his focus remains unshakable.
His goal is clearly defined: becoming a professional HYROX athlete.
How often does he train each week?

Even on days when no new records are set or no hours-long endurance sessions are completed, Yoshi shows what truly defines him. He is helpful, polite, and always up for a laugh — an exceptional athlete with an exceptionally strong character.
